Photography Consent
If I am selected as an LTF member, I hereby CONSENT to be photographed for the Lance Tilton Foundation. The resulting photographs may be subsequently used without compensation to me by The Lance Tilton Foundation, or third parties for publications (including websites), advertising, and/or publicity purposes at the discretion of the Foundation. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished photograph and/or publication use. This release will be kept on file for the duration of enrollment to The Lance Tilton Foundation.
